Hello Sir, I had completed my BTech in 2013, took a year gap and completed MTech in 2016. Presently, I'm working in a BPO, but want to move to the IT industry. Is it possible now? If yes, what courses should I take?

It is challenging but possible.
Learn any one programming language. Earn a standard certification to showcase programming knowledge (Eg: Microsoft).
Also, learn testing framework/tools and get an industry certification for testing as well.
There is no one course to suggest, need to work on gaining multiple skills over some time.

Being a BTech graduate, I can certainly understand your concern. Well, there is no such thing called right or wrong to pursue SAP if you want a career in this.
I will say yes, you must go, but without hard work, you can't achieve what you aspire. Also, in my eyes, as nowadays the sap consultants are more into the techno-functional role. So better you start with some technical module and grab it thoroughly to make you market worthy for a job. There are 1000 companies to hire, but it's just your knowledge and hard work which utters the truth.
