Yes, SAP is a good career option, Though you have technical knowledge with no programming background you can choose a module from MM- Material management, SD- Sales and Distribution or PP - Production Planning depending upon your interest.

As you are from ECE I will suggest you functional module. Because no coding is involve in it. You can opt for SAP HR or Successfactor which is evergreen and very much in demand.
