Fundamentally you should learn the FICO basics and processes like A/R, A/P. G/L,Asset Mgmt and CO ( OPTIONAL) and start learning the S/4 HANA Simple Finance concepts like Universal Gen. Ledger concept, single source truth table changes ACDOCA/MATDOC etc
Basically you will be learning the Delta changes on the Finance application side
