You get this because the server wants to authorise the user, which is not part of your web application, so you cannot inspect it.
To solve this, follow the below code.:
WebDriver driver = new ChromeDriver();
driver.get("http://username: password@application_url");
Write application URL as shown above.
Whatever username and password you want to enter, add it like above in the URL. It will not show the pop-up to enter user credentials.
Try this and let me know if this works.
