I used to teach my junior students in school and same as in the Engineering college. The experience was fantastic as I learn more from my students than the students learn from me. Teaching is all about learning and Re-Learning with discipline and practise. I have seen many students who haven't had much knowledge but through sheer will and grit, they had outsmarted the toppers in my school. Similarly in my small coaching classes also I have noticed a similar pattern. So it's not only about talent its about smart planning and hard work.
