1. Infostretch introduced a virtual engagement initiative called Infostretch's Got Talent, which was an intense 3-week event on various segments such as Dance, Fitness & Singing. Employees participated along with their families from the confines of their homes. Each week they hosted a live virtual competition. These events witnessed employee participation from different time zones and brought along hosts, judges, participants, and audience polls–a complete replica of stage shows. Every show has seen a lot of excitement, fun and involvement from not just the employees but also their families

2. Aspire Systems have adopted key employee welfare initiatives to complement the new working norms. For instance, Mind Spa, their psychological counselling session, has been made virtual. This enables their employees to connect with the counsellor on-call or via email. Aspirants can reach out to the counsellor if they feel the need to discuss any anxiety they are facing. Email announcements are sent out a day in advance to let all colleagues know about the availability of the counsellor. As their employees learn to cope with the new ways of working, the sessions have been hugely beneficial, enabling them to receive expert guidance as needed. The availability of the counselor has benefited not only Aspirians but also their families, in a few cases

3. An organization has launched Wellness activities that they can engage from home; Meditation, Yoga, and Stress Management sessions. They have published Wellness Articles on their internal portal for the same. Their CEO is holding weekly Open House sessions for 'Q&A with the global team' along with vlogs for the organization on updates regarding Covid-19. They have a weekly newsletter for their employees globally, and they hold frequent team meetings to share updates, address professional concerns, and create "virtual coffee chats" to connect with colleagues more casually. They have Slack channels set up for the global team to build community and support for their employees

Six Sigma is a Disciplined, Data-Driven approach and Methodology to reduce variation in the process which in turn leads to an increase in performance of the system and significant financial gains.
