Send out an email and formally request them to provide an opportunity to train their students. Before sending out an email, understand the requirements of the college whether they need your services or not.

Getting into colleges and institutions to provide training can be a little difficult since they already have references and have many people approaching them on a daily basis. So the best way to get into them is through a reference. I would suggest before approaching any colleges or institutions, conduct a couple of sessions of your niche for rotary club members. Many entrepreneurs join the rotary club for networking purposes. You might stumble upon any client if they like your session.
