If you can do programming then, you can start your career with any programming that gives you the right package and scope is very good. BCA 2016, not a problem I suggest data analytics, data science-related courses as it's insignificant demand and having better prospects in terms of growth, opportunities. If you are interested in testing, I recommend learning Automation and manual both along with Python recommended.

Dont do software testing. Testing has significantly less demand these days. Due to covid, Full stack development is doing very well. Learn full-stack development course with React or Angular and Nodejs, MongoDB as backend. Make sure you also do a live project fully yourself. Then you can quickly get a job.

I would recommend you to know the process by that I mean insights of software testing life cycle. All that can be covered and completed in 20 to 30 days as this is mostly Theory and covered in the Manual Testing module. After that, you can start with Automation testing, which requires coding.
