The hour hand moves around the clock every 12 hours,i.e. 360 degrees in 12 hours or can say 30 degrees per hour. The hour hand covered ¼ part of an hour, and the minute hand points at the 3, So the difference between Minute an hour hand is ¼ the angle covered and hour i.e. 30/4 = 7.5 Degrees
