I'm teaching since past 2 years and my teaching experience has enabled me to understand the minds of students and how they grasp things .I use a lot of graphics and flow charts to make it easy for students to learn rapidly . As teaching is my passion I also teach at my home According to my Perception and experience I think students understand concepts better if they are not asked to read and cram topics rather they need to be explained to them and timely tests forces them to learn fast As Upsc is all about consistency ,Multiple revisions, quality tests and focus on basic books it is necessary for the aspirants to take guidance from those who have an idea of this exam and as i have an experience of 4 years in this field I will ensure that I guide the aspirants in the right direction The problem is limited time and maximum & never ending syllabus coupled with the fact that those preparing are unable to manage due to peer pressure ,family problems and demoralisation after they get poor marks in their test series So ,based on the experience s of the toppers like Junaid Ahmed(5th attempt) ,Anudeep durishetty(5th attempt), Athar aamir(2nd attempt) ,Ira singhal(4th attempt) consistency and perseverance is necessary which requires a proper scheduled preparation similarly I ensure that timely tests and special focus on current affairs cover every aspect of the syllabus . My teaching is completely syllabus based ,I make sure I cover each topic covered in the syllabus
