English communication skills can be learned with persistence and practice and regularly working on it. So for this you need to follow the following things.

Practice for 30 min minimum daily- you should practice daily to get better at it .the more you practice you will get better at it.

Play to make it enjoyable- you need to add fun element to it like you can mimic someone who is good at English, you can mute video and give your dialogues in English, you can have you down dictionary and write the words you learned with meaning in English and example in English. Many more options can be done. The main point here is fun element will not make it boring and you will do it with more interest.

And perform to review-major people practice but they still do not perform. It is really important to put yourself into situations wherein you can check your ability and improvement. The more you will practice the more you will improve.you can do it by participating in events, debates, competitions.

Remember learning English is just like learning cooking, driving or any other skill. The way you need to practice ,enjoy and perform for other skills English also needs so.
