Hi Ashik, This is a very broad spectrum question. Ability to speak in English requires sustained and systematic approach. However considering that you have the basic understanding of the language, follow certain basic steps to overcome the initial hesitation. 1) Everyday practise reading loud for at least 30 minutes. This will help you improve pronunciation, familiarize you with your own sound and introduce you to the usage of language 2) Pick up any basic grammar book (Wren and Martin for examples) and brush up the basic rules. 3) Maintain a journal for yourself for any new word/usage. 4) Use every possible occasion (social gathering, friends etc) to practice. The more you do better you get. 5) Watch or listen to any decent English show on TV/Radio (Talk shows, interviews etc). This will help your with comprehension and language usage. The natural sequence of learning any language is Listening---speaking---Reading --- and Writing..This is how exactly child learns his/her Mother tongue..Unfortunately, when it comes to English, we do it exactly opposite.. Any way... As a first step do three things...1) Start listening to English..See English movies, Hear English News,especially BBC, watch English programmes..2) Speak English...Don't worry if you are speaking it incorrectly..Just speak..Find a friend who is keen to learn and speak with him...the more you speak, better you will be. 3) Read English...News papers, Magazines,books..what ever you get.. Work hard and be determined..Learn 10 new words everyday..and use them while you speak.. In a month you will be much better off.. read less
