As earlier they said to read and watch english stuff, is right. one more thing you need to do is read loud that you can hear and automatically you will learn.

Watch english news on Doordarshan, NDTV and India Today (then when you gain confidence shift to Times Now and CNN IBN) Listen to BBC radio english. Watch classic television British comedies. Speak, listen write without a hint of self doubt, practice and correct yourself. If you wish to be trained specifically for IELTS, lots of resources available for that.
