I'd like to draw your attention towards the right reason for their hesitation. We are proud people and scared of making mistake and getting embarassed I'm front people. That's y we are always hesitant to start .

I believe people who speaks Hindi does not hesitate to learn english, however they hesitate to speak english because either they do not know English properly or they do not know grammar properly so that they can make sentences correctly.

Its just a matter of how we reach out to them. Hindi speakers or rather non - English speakers at times find no need to learn English if they are confident of what they are doing in their lives. When we reason it out with them most of them will understand the benefits.

Problem is with people who either remain in their shells or who are biased towards it. This may be due to lack of self esteem so this issue has to be addressed not to propagate English but to promote overall life skills.
