Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (H.R.)

While pronouncing it with a prolonged sound the the first half till the letter 'l' is not prolonged while the 'o' sound is stressed. Hence to show the same in writing, it's written as "Helloooo"

Teacher

Because 'ooo' is the prolonged sound

Language trainer.

Because the pronunciation refers to the 1 one

it's more common to write "Helloooo" as it ends with "O". We prolong the only last letters.

Because there is no e sound in the word hello, eeeee will make it sound Hilo which would be wrong

This is improper English anyways. We all know the word is hello. However someone wants to misspell a word, does it really matter?
Comments

this word has two syllables and the emphasis is on the 2nd syllable...thats why a prolonged sound is written as Hellooo

Hellooo more closer to the sound hello than Heeeelo. A very informal greeting and more of a fashion or "the in thing"
