I have helping people to Overcome from Hesitation and fear to speak. People think that लोग क्या कहेगे अगर मैं ग़लत बोल दिया तो, एसी एक डर के कारण आपने अभी तक अपने को एक अच्छे कम्युनिकेटर नहीं समझते हो! 1st thing, We have to keep in mind No one is perfect in the world, every do some mistakes & it's okay to do mistake and try to learn from that mistake as well.
