I am a postgraduate teacher with 4years teaching experience of senior classes (11-12). But now I have a small baby and therefore here almost 2 years gap in my career. Now I have two teaching offers from two different CBSE school. First one is for 11-12 classes as a postgraduate teacher (50 km away from my home and give) and the second one for up-to 8 class (in my home town) now I am confused which is more suitable for me?

& if the school authority is happy with your performance they may promote you for the higher classes also.

 

& as per my experience it is requured by all school authorities to take of foundation classes i.e. from 6-8 classes and should provide better teacher for them.

&if you are going to teach class 8 studebts then it helps them to clear the base of the sciece & maths

Definitely go for the one near your home. By doing this you will not only save the travel expenses but at the same time you will gain additional experience. When the baby grows up you can easily search more jobs. Happy teaching and god bless the baby.
