Hello. I am a native Telugu speaker and I can speak Telugu fluently, but I can neither read nor write in it. I wish to learn to read and write in Telugu at the earliest. How long could it take to read and write perfectly? Thank you.

I would say that with absolute focus, you could recognise & write most Aksharalu, Gunintalu & Ottulu within 2-4 weeks. If you read & write at least 30 minutes daily after that, you'll be reasonably comfortable within one month, and will read at a good pace within two months. It depends on your dedication, though. Playing games & having an accountability-buddy helps a lot. A few friends & I are practising together via zoom/skype calls.
