I have done by Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering. I was working as Assistant Professor in Datta Meghe College of Engineering and I have a teaching experience of 14+ years. I was also a Paper setter in Mumbai University.
I analyse the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of student which helps me to adjust my teaching method to suit different groups of learners. I engage students by asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track. To make the learning experience more engaging and interactive, I use animations and PPT's in my classes along with few practical demonstrations if possible.
The tests conducted helps students to understand the concept in more details and regular feedback regarding the child's progress is given to their parents.
