This can be done by engaging the student by questioning him or her so that the student remains engaged throughout the lesson and you get to know whether the child has understood or not. Also, by adding real world examples to your lessons can help the student relate better and keep the student interested.

There is more difference between offline and online classes. On online cls we can't able to predict that the child is listening are not but if we want to attract concentration we must make some funs and crack jokes. And to make learning as a fun . So that without lack of concentration they can learn the class. We must speak with every children who attends the class. So that we can know what is their mentality.

There are two things to keep in mind.
Firstly if the child is shy, its better to have a class in small groups or 1:1, so that they can get comfortable around you and be more active in the class altogether.
Secondly if the child is not interested or sometimes gets distracted its better to use videos and presentations of things that they like and ceate a comfort zone where in they will be attentive towards the class.
