You should search for t he maths which not only increase the calculation power but also reasoning and aptitude and covers school maths also nd I can suggest u to go for cuemaths

be practical...not the syllabus...its about the attitude towards the maths...tell him he will be super boy if he is strong in maths.

You should teach basic addition, substraction, division and multiplication. It would be helpful to go for tables regularly. Donot go for Abacus, Vedic etc. All out education architecture do not support it , means they are no longer in future mathematics.
