It's very easy...if you want to do research work in one of your engineering subjects and are satisfied working as a professor in a college or a scientist in DRDO etc then go for M.TECH without a second thought....but if you are looking for a job in the corporate sector and aren't much interested in your engineering field then go for MBA... but the only thing you need to keep in mind for both the courses is that you should be doing it from a good college...it matters alot !!
