Umar Bhat

I am Masters Mass Communication and Journalism. I have been training people in my roles as Team Leader and Trainer. I have trained people working on field as well as in tele-calling. My previous role involved scheduling and conducting training programs for middle management and front line employees and delivering online and conference call training for offsite employees. My responsibilities included - evaluating job performance of members, developing reports and documenting job performances, interacting with upper management to determine the specific requirements, preparing training materials and modules to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining.
I have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage people in discussions, motivational and educational sessions. I have an ability to coordinate and establish rapport with people of all levels and to develop trusting relationships. I have proven experience of managing team with strong decision making and problem solving skills. I have a nice trainer personality.
