It will be more difficult due to the consistent decrease of vacancies and given the competition of the day... The question paper will be more on the tougher side. Otherwise, it is always the same when it comes to the unpredictability of the exam and it might be conducted online in a few years.  UPSC has its name for its standard of conducting exam so perfectly that it will also remain the same but the results being published earlier than before.
