UPSC is union public service commission and the students who can give this exam for those students who have taken arts commerce and science all of the students can give this exam that is bachelor of art , bachelor of science,  bachelor of technology, bachelor of engineering, bachelor of commerce etc.

According to their line/ stream / course student have to choose any one subject as an optional in the mains of the UPSC. There comes a preliminary and mains examination in which preliminary is optional type and the means is theoretical based in which we have to choose one subject as an optional which have studied in our graduation after that there comes the interview in which the main purpose of the interviewer is to check your presence of mind.

I think this knowledge is more than sufficient until you have any doubt you can ask thank you so much.
