Reading and learning are interconnected, more you will read you can learn, try to read newspapers, novels, look words and find the meaning then try to make your sentences related to normal life. Try to communicate in English with the words you have learnt. I have been learning words and improving my vocabulary and oration power in this way, and this is very effective. You have to learn at least ten words every day, and this should be stringently followed, there should be no procrastination. One can read many articles and messages written by someone this would help you in understanding which and how words are used.
