IdentitySapna has been practicing and studying Yoga for over 3 years, undertaking over 900 hours of formal training plus many more through self-study. Originally through Hatha Yoga, there came an understanding of what it meant to utilize the body through asana, pranayama and mudra inorder to awaken ones sensitivities toward other aspects of existence.
With her own experience and a personalized approach to yoga she wants to encourage her students to go inwards and accept their own body as the real teacher. Her orientation is to share and empower all people, working with many age groups in several countries.
