I am a Professional Athlete (Javelin Thrower) + Fitness and Athletic Coach. I give coaching through online platforms as well as offline. I have a degree in personal training and athletic training with 8+ years of experience in the fitness industry and 6+ years of experience in athletic training. I am experienced and professional in Weight training, Strength training, Body Weight training, CrossFit training, Functional training, Fat loss training, Endurance training, Agility training, Flexibility training, and Explosive weight training. I am proficient at visualising the current condition of my clients with their future goals and planning out an effective workout routine, which will make sure that my clients can achieve their targets. I have achieved effective transformations both in my fitness and athletic coaching. I am a Javelin Thrower with 60+ medals and achievements, including State Medals and many achievements; currently, many of my students are playing in State and National Championships. I also provide workout schedules for my past clients so that they can continue their workouts.
