A Sadhak who believes in sharing knowledge to make the learners comprehend their inner selves. I started as an Engineering graduate who then completed a Yoga Instructor course from SVYASA, Bangalore. I then did the Purohit course and the Vedic Mantra and Vedanta from Chinmaya Mission. As per my multifaceted dynamics- I have done Devi Upasana practice from Kerala and Devipuram. I have learnt various levels of Reiki. I was then introduced to Vipassana Meditation and Nichiren Buddhism. I have worked primarily with two prominent Osho centres in India as an Advisor and Facilitator. My methodology includes simple yet practical skills wherein learners would understand their innermost selves, the truth within- in an effective way. At the same time, my teaching style is based on the fundamentals of Vedic mantras mastered in Krishna Yajurveda. My techniques include traditional and modern active meditation, which can be practically applied in everyday life to seek balance and harmony with one's true self. I identified one's true potential and spiritual inclination by providing scientifically proven meditation methods like mind, sound, resonance technique, cyclic meditation, and meditation styles introduced 2,500 years ago. An amalgamation of both ancient and modern techniques for the learner's better life is what I foresee myself mastering. Additionally, for ardent and advanced seekers, I could introduce the learners to Shakti Sadhana and Shodashopachara Pooja.
