Dance will make your body flexible, healthier and increases the concentration. Well cons of dance are dependant on the style if dance, each dance form has its own pros and cons. But I would say, if your child shows any interest in dance, then let them learn dance, trust me you will never regret it. Your childs mind will be fresh and will become way healthier than they used to be because dancing works out many muscles in the body and it reduces fat also, again the rate of fat loss depends on the style of dance.
