I'm a level 3 personal trainer
And I am pursuing my level 4 International certified personal trainer course.

I have worked as a general trainer for 6 months at a reputed gym in south Bangalore and been working as a freelance personal trainer for a year and a half.

I have trained over 30 clients in the past including men's physique competitors and athletes.
I train my clients the proper way, using effective training methods for maximum results and no injuries.
I don't use any kind of supplements and nor do I encourage my clients to do so.

I not only train my clients to lose or gain weight, but also to improve their posture, cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina and endurance and help them create a better lifestyle.

I'm also pursuing my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

I can travel within 10 Kms radius from Kumarswamy layout and if you are willing to travel to me, that works too.
