They are more inclined to move clockwise rather than anti clockwise which is more used in dance spins. Sync could be an issue when in group. Solo performances won't be an issue. But it can be worked upon with regular practice.

There is no such problem. I am currently training two students who are a lefty, and they are performing gracefully. It's all how one teaches them and how the student's himself/herself accepts it.
