Then, if you dance with others in an agreed, prescribed manner, or even free-form, you are connecting all of your experiences together with all their heartbeats and joy as well as sharing that with those able to observe the performance. It is life-affirming, interconnected expression. Culture grows and benefits with each new shared means of expression, especially if the activity is its own reward.
