Hi, I am Arya aka " The Muscle Professor", a certified advanced exercise specialist, sports nutritionist, and a 3x Internationally published fitness author. What started as a passion to train people and help them in their process of leading a healthy lifestyle has now taken the shape of a full-fledged profession for me.

I offer consultation, programs, training and services related to exercise, nutrition, and supplementation . I have specialised expertise in diet-plan making for managing weight, health disorders including Diabetes, Cholesterol, Thyroid, Bone Health, Skin Care, PCOD and much more. I also extend my expertise in general & advanced sports nutrition

In terms of training I Hold certifications for Exercise Specialist, Personal training for both Gym based and at home as well as online training ( for global clients also).I offer training services, consultations and plans expertised in medical health, weight management, pre-post pregnancy and general health goals. These services are offered for both personal and group model
