Won NBA JAM Delhi 2016 and won Adidas Uprising Delhi 2016, 2017 and 2018 continuously three times, Basketball Federation of India INBL 2022 Delhi Runner-up and Redbull Half court Delhi 2019 Runner-up. Passionate about basketball, athletic skills like High jump and speed, over the years I have helped many national and international students achive their goal. So far, I'm running Basketball program at two different location, worked as a sports coach in different sports academies and one to one personal training.

Want a fitness trainer for kids

Hello, That's great you are interested in fitness of the kids. I'm a basketball coach and fitness trainer based in Delhi. Providing online and offline classes for kids and teenage students.

Is there a way to increase weight through simple exercise and diet ?

Yes, with a proper combination of diet and compound exercises, you can easily achieve that. Try to eat more than your regular calories consumption.

Which food improves strengthening of the muscles?

Food alone doesn't help strengthen muscles by eating every food that doesn't involve the machining process; it is as simple as that. Like if you agree :)
