Hi Santosh,
You can first take up Oracle Core Database Administration course. It will be around 12-15K, and duration will not be more than 30 hours. Once you have little confidence in the basic administration stuff, you can learn RMAN and DataGuard. So this will cover your core administration, Backup & Recovery and DR capabilities.

You can start by basics of Oracle database and move into integration technologies like ODI or GoldenGate. You don't need to have in-depth knowledge of the database to be an integration engineer. By looking at your experience, Integration would be best served as its heavily in demand and supply is less.
