"I have been training with Om for past 4 months. I have lost 3kgs and 2 inches waist fat. And I have definitely gained a lot of strength. One thing I noticed is that his involvement with me has been increasing continuously, as he gets to know the sort of workout that works for me. Over the past 4 months he has been changing the workout patterns in line with my increasing strength and stamina. The other good thing is that he never over-trains, I never experienced any sort of fatigue during or after the workout. It took sometime but now he knows my energy and strength level to make me use my 100% energy and at the same time not cause any fatigue. Last but not the least, he is punctual. He rarely cancels a class or arrives late. "
