Along with zumba dance routine our session includes 1) Mat exercises, which is very effective to burn belly fat & strengthening back ; and 2) Cardio workout to target specific areas of the body to burn fat & strengthening muscles. I had little bit of issues with back pain & she helped me with really effective back exercises & now the pain is gone.
