Having been in the Human Resources domain for nearly 25 years in various industries such as banking, chemical manufacturing, automobile, BPO and advertising to name a few, I mastered the nuances of Human Resources. Have successfully handled many centralized projects including payroll processing, employee loan administration etc., and have played an instrumental role in helping startups formulate and implement effective HR Policies and Procedures which were not only realistic and doable, but resulted in remarkable achievements. When clients speak about our services in superlatives it gives us the confidence to go on and reach greater heights.

Took a giant leap and stepped into the world of training and development 5 years ago, and have successfully trained a large number of students to pass their IELTS, PTE and TOEFL exams with flying colors in their endeavor to further their studies. Having had the golden opportunity to see a number of doctors and nurses successfully completing the OET exam under our guidance and mentoring, and who have now settled overseas in lucrative jobs, living their dreams. The bonds that have been developed over the years with students and clients thankfully are still on the radar, proving that they are there to stay a lifetime. Having played a crucial role in enhancing the conversational and writing skills effectively of non-native English speakers, gives us the conviction that we could take the English language to the next level in the lives of those aspiring to improve their overall English Skills.
