"Though the session with Mr. Sathish was meant to be crystal healing. He gave us a detailed in depth understanding of basic concepts of Yoga, basics of chakras, correction of breathing. Crystal healing session was very elaborate and insightful. He also gave us 2 simple meditation exercises. On the whole the session was highly informative and he made all the tough concepts easy to understand. He also gave us insights on kundalini awakening. Mr Sathish is truly Guru in the true sense of the term. "
