"Habibaâ??s warm-up's are the best I have found. She does a thorough stretch of the critical muscles, especially the back, before the real action begins. She repeats steps until you can get them (some instructors do a dance step once or twice and you can never really catch on) so it takes less time to move from thinking about each dance to actually doing them. Habiba is really great for beginners and experienced Zumba dancers alike. "
