"I am having an excellent experience with Jagan. He take keen interest in learning your current body limitations and then planning the training accordingly to keep improving it. He is stern where required to help you push yourself and patient when you need to catch your breath. A lot of focus is given on form and breathing which I like. Instead of just rushing through the exercise. He likes to keep the training sessions exciting and full of high energy. He does this by mixing up the training sets and his fun conversation. He provides an overall feeling of comfort and trust which helps me to push myself in each session. Highly recommend him. "

"As a trainer it is important to have proper knowledge of what they are doing. We have mobile apps for telling us workouts but we need a proper trainer to avoid injuries and guide us! He is one of the best trainer and as I’ve taken training from him I personally vouch for anyone who wants to train under him that you will never regret his training and he will be there for you always to guide you properly. "
