It requires three months continuous practice also dieting avoid fatty foods, junk foods, running and cycling also various yoga poses and aerobics. Each day we will concentrate different parts not body that will enhance overall fitness level. Various kind of pushups, pull ups,leg and hand power work out each day. We will also provide legitimate certificate of fitness. Need to adhere stringent diet.
