Dimension of prana is parnayama which is opened by its practice.

Srilekha how can a student pay a real teacher, but the problem is that a real student is rare to find and the charge is the soul of a student , if anyone can give . then the yoga takes place. otherwise mere selfishness and commericailiaztion of postures of yoga is taking place. no real thing is transfered... ...more
Srilekha how can a student pay a real teacher, but the problem is that a real student is rare to find and the charge is the soul of a student , if anyone can give . then the yoga takes place. otherwise mere selfishness and commericailiaztion of postures of yoga is taking place. no real thing is transfered to student. The real things is priceless , what comes from the heart of a student as a token of respect is accepted by a guru in case he thinks it appropraite to accept. The real transformation take place only when their is a deeper devotion is seen in student. otherwise all are selling the things , i m here to find a student.

What is mudra? How we benefit from it?

Mudra are primodial gestures that exites deities within us and these deities governs different chakras of our bodies and hence channel different types of energy flows . one must practice it with sacred chants these mudras will easily opens your blocked energies resulting in happy body and mind.

How many types of meditation are there? Can anyone define.

Their is only one type of mediation that is real and that is connecting your soul to the universe. Its all one and the same thing. Just the purification methods can be different.
