She taught me yoga so well offline as well as online, when I'm outstation on my flight duties, which not only helped me to gain flexibility but also to shed around 21 kg of my body weight, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Her calm, patient, and inspiring attitude made it easy for me to understand yoga and its benefits. Her tailored yoga practise is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation.
