Hari Om Tat Sat 🙏.I’m a yoga teacher and a gentle soul. My goal is to help all people find their bend. I teach gentle yoga classes designed to heal body, mind and spirit.

I teach Yoga, a dynamic practise that blends synchronous movement with the breath to build strength and flexibility. In my classes, you’ll find a supportive space to explore your mind and body, deepen your practice, and have fun.

Yoga can be so much than just a workout. It’s a practice, and it’s our deepest intention to move you physically and mentally.
Real yoga is all about connection—to your breath, to your body, and to the people around you. I believe in the power of yoga to help people become more content, healthier, and more alive.
