Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga and meditation relaxes you, helps you sleep better. Prolonged practice makes you feel confident about yourself and you have better control over your breathing.

Yoga can be practiced for any amount of time that you are comfortable with. Gradually you can increase time when you get use to it. You should target 30 min of yoga practice daily.

The calmness and peace of mind that Yoga practice provides is what attracts me to it. Also prolonged practice makes you feel better about yourself.

Some very good Yoga poses include Padmasana,Tadasana, Katichakrasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Naukasana, etc.
