I have been involved with YOG for the past 40 years. And now a practiced Yoga professional certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
I have specially designed "Chair Yog" for corporate sector, to combine the same with their routine working.
My way of teaching yogic exercises includes a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, JAP, Tratak, Meditation and diet advice as well.
My unique Savasana and yog nidra process takes you to a real blissful stage within minutes.
All these Kriyas are part of my routine classes. And are performed simultaneously.
I do not teach only physical exercises; but also focus on improving the performance of our natural programmer for the correct functioning of our body's software.
By profession, I am a Mechanical Engineer; worked in the corporate sector,where a number of fellow colleagues were benefiting from my yoga experience, hence I know the importance of yoga in the corporate sector quite well. And now I am enjoying my passion as a profession after my retirement.
I do tough yoga every day even, sometimes HOT yoga as well, at 40°C I perform and also teach unique headstand by resting on the front portion of the head along with jap and meditation very comfortably for minutes together.

I am a YOG & lifestyle Consultant for Corp. Executives Practicing Yoga not only helps to perfect the posture of the body, but also improve the flexibility, protect the spine, maintain blood pressure, helps improve focus and makes one feel happier. My way of teaching yogic exercises, includes a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, JAP, Tratak, Meditation and diet advice as well. All these Kriyas can be performed simultaneously by regular practice. Yoga is not alone a physical exercise; it works as a perfect natural programmer for the correct functioning of our body’s software. By profession, I am an Mechanical Engineer; worked in private sector i.e. Eicher, Escorts, India Glycols and Triveni Engg. etc, for many decades, where a number of fellow colleagues were benefiting from my yoga experience, hence I know the importance of yoga in corporate sector quite well. And now I am enjoying my passion as a profession after my retirement. I myself do yoga for an hour every day for the last 35 years along with shirshasana very comfortably up to 5 minutes together with JAP & Pranayam.

Medication is such a process, which can't be teach, because it is a pure experience of self within. A teacher can correct, if someone does wrong Asana or Pranayam. But medication is to be corrected by the seeker himself. We only guide the steps/ process towards medication. It is method to control the thoughts and going from concentration to single thought stage.

Shivanand yoga is based on pure Ashtanga, ancient Yoga. While lenger yoga is modified baseson his on practices and research.

During the practice of meditation the mind is dissolved in inner self/ soul. Since mind is the contrler of senses therefore the ultimate Blissfulness is felt by mind and senses both, which improve a lot the perception of body sensation.

Meditation/ Dhayan is the sixth stage of Ashtanga YOG, after yam, niyam, asan, pranam and pratahat. One need to qualify, first five classes for reaching to meditation stage. Else it's loss of time.

Yogasanas & Pranayam are not the complete method to reduce abdominal fat. Regular Kunjal and a very tough dite management are also to be followed along with YOG.
