Yoga poses work by stretching your muscles. They can help you move better and feel less stiff or tired.

In general, yoga practice is recommended in the morning or the early evening. A morning yoga session can be quite active and consist of a full practice. But you can do yoga anytime empty stomach just maintain the gap of two to three hours in your meals.

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Balance on one foot, while holding the other foot increases concentration.
