"Disappointing. Does not conduct class when exams are there despite multiple reminders and requests. Tutor Charges for classes that he did not conduct but just scheduled to make a fool of the child enrolled. Hats off to Urban pro team that allows such unethical practices. "

This is wrong thing. I conducted classes in exam time but I can’t conduct classes in different different time on your demand because I have another classes also. After proper discussion classes were scheduled and conducted but student was suddenly absent then no other class could be scheduled on that particular time. It should be informed at least 20 minutes before the starting class so that class could be cancelled and another class could be scheduled on that time.
